Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.
Placing an order with Love Saturdays constitutes acceptance to the terms and conditions below:

Copyright & Ownership of Work

All designs, artworks, and products on this site and/or created via the custom design process are the sole property of Love Saturdays and are protected by copyright. Under no circumstances may any of Love Saturdays’ artwork or designs, including those produced and supplied during the proofing process, be reproduced in any fashion. Love Saturdays reserves the right to reproduce any part of any work produced by Love Saturdays for marketing purposes. Unless strictly instructed otherwise by a customer prior to placing an order, Love Saturdays reserves the right to use any design created for a customer as samples and can photograph this stationery for advertising in print, online wedding directories, across social media and throughout website galleries.

Publication

Should images of work created by Love Saturdays be published in printed publications, online blogs, or on social media, Love Saturdays must be correctly credited and notified of the publication prior to its feature. Love Saturdays retains the rights to post individual invitations and/or wedding goods on its website and social media. If there is an issue with this, please advise beforehand.

Pricing & Payments

All pricing is in New Zealand Dollars.  All costs are subject to change without further notice. Please take note of the expiry date on your quote as this will be strictly enforced. A non-refundable deposit is required before we will commence work on your order. The deposit is used towards design time and purchase of materials. Full payment is required before your order will be sent to print. The pricing shown on any quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided by the client. This pricing is subject to change should the scope of work change in any way. For international orders, the customer will be responsible for any duties/taxes applicable in your own country upon the arrival of the parcel. Check with your local Customs Office or similar to determine if any additional taxes or charges will apply, prior to ordering.

Colours

We do our best to display all products and materials as accurately as possible, however please keep in mind when viewing our designs, on screen colours do vary depending on different monitors and additionally, there may be slight colour differences between screen and print. Electronic proofs closely represent image colour, but are not exact. The proof is intended for content and position only. A hardcopy, printed proof can be supplied for an additional fee of $25.00.

Proofing and Reprinting

It is important that proofs are checked carefully before confirming approval to proceed to print. All orders include two free rounds of revisions, with further changes requiring an additional fee of $25.00 per round which must be paid prior to us beginning work on the revised proof.

 

You will be asked to send an approval email which effectively allows us to send your order to print. Love Saturdays cannot be held responsible for any design errors noticed after the proofs have been approved. Any amendments made after approval and printing will incur an extra charge. Please notify Love Saturdays immediately if you notice any errors on your stationery once you have received it. If any errors do occur after approval that differ from your approved proof, your order will be corrected, printed and delivered at no charge. Client error after the proof has been approved can be reprinted at the clients expense. The re-print will be placed in the print cue at the time of second approval and will not be prioritised over other customer orders if the client is at fault. 

Timing & Delivery

Once we receive your order/payment and wording, work starts immediately on your design. Allow 3-5 business days placing your order to receiving your emailed proof. Once you are happy with the emailed proof you will be asked to approve to go to print. Once you have confirmed you are happy with your design, we will provide you with an invoice. Full payment is required prior to us sending your order to print. Please allow between 2-6 weeks for us to print and package your order to get it ready for delivery. The turnaround time will depend on the complexity of your design and order (i.e. letterpress and foil printing take longer than standard digital printing). If you need your order urgently, don't hesitate to contact us to discuss as we may be able to accommodate a rush order.

Shipping

Love Saturdays is not responsible, nor be held liable, for any losses, damages or delays due to shipping. We advise allowing enough time when ordering for your order to arrive at the desired time. International orders may be liable for taxes or tariffs upon entry into your country, these are the responsibility of the client.

Cancellations & Refunds

As Love Saturdays is a service-based business, all of our products are made to order. Once we receive your order and payment, work is started, therefore we do not offer refunds. We recommend choosing carefully prior to placing your order with us.
