How do we get started?

Check out our handy ‘How-to Guide’ which details step-by-step how the ordering process works. From there, get in touch with us to request a quote via our online contact form or otherwise send us an email. Once we have all of the information we need, we will email you a detailed quote within 1-2 business days.

When should we send out our Save The Dates?

Save The Dates are traditionally sent out 6-8 months prior to your big day, however, if you are having a destination wedding then we suggest sending them earlier in order to give your guests plenty of time to make arrangements. We recommend ordering your Save The Dates at least 1-2 months before you wish to post them out. Allow at least 2 months if you're after special features such as foiling or letterpress. When should we send out our invitations?

Wedding invitations are traditionally sent out 6-8 weeks prior to your big day. We recommend ordering your wedding invitations at least 3-4 months out from your wedding day, and towards the latter end of this range if you're after special features such as foiling or letterpress. How long will it take for my stationery to arrive once I place an order?

Once you have confirmed approval for print, kindly allow up 2-6 weeks for us to print and package your order to get it ready for delivery. The turnaround time will depend on the complexity of your design and order (i.e. letterpress and foil printing take longer than standard digital printing). 

Can you do a rush order?

If you need your order urgently, contact us to discuss as we may be able to accommodate a rush order depending on our workload. Please note, a rush order fee of 35% will be applied to your final invoice.

Do you have a minimum quantity order?

Yes, we have a minimum order of 25 units.

Can we change the wording, colours and fonts?

Yes, absolutely! Wording, colours and fonts can be changed at no additional costs. In regards to fonts, these can be mixed and matched between any of our existing semi-custom designs.

Can I choose my paper/card colour?

Yes, of course! We have a range of premium quality envelopes and card to suit any wedding theme. Take a look at our ‘How-to Guide’ which has swatches of the range of card/paper colour we have available. Don't see your preferred colour there? No worries! Contact us as we are likely able to source it for you.

Does your pricing include envelopes?

Yes, it sure does!

Can I see a proof first?

Absolutely, we want your stationery to be perfect! Once your deposit has been received, we will get to work on your design. An electronic PDF proof is included in your order. Due to the cost of shipping from our printers in Australia for a one-off sample, we unfortunately do not offer printed proofs.

How many revisions / rounds of changes are included once I’ve placed my order?

Your order includes two free rounds of changes, however, note that additional changes are charged at $25.00 per round thereafter.

How many invitations should I order?

Trust us when we say that you are better to order more than you think! We recommend ordering an extra 5-10 invitations as it’s very expensive to order only a few at a later date.

Do you offer printable versions of your files for purchase?

No, we don’t release printable versions of our files as we wish to have sole control over the quality of our printed designs to ensure that they meet our high standards.

Do you add guest names to the invitations?

Yes, absolutely! Please note, there is a set-up cost of $50.00 in order for us to add guest names to your invitations.

Do you do envelope addressing?

Yes, absolutely! We love the look of digital envelope addressing. These don’t have to be boring either – we can address your envelopes in a range of beautiful fonts and designs.

Can you supply special printing such as foil or embossing?

Yes, of course! This is available on request so please contact us to discuss as we would be happy to provide you with a quote.

Can you supply special touches such as wax seals?

Yes, of course! These are available on request so please contact us to discuss as we would be happy to provide you with a quote. Take a look at our ‘How-to Guide’ for examples of our beautiful wax seals.

Will you assemble our stationery sets?

To avoid any double handling of your beautiful, freshly printed stationery, you will receive your order ready to be inserted into envelopes. If you’d like us to assemble your invitations (particularly if you’d like us to add embellishments such as wax seals) we are more than happy to do so however please note that this will incur an additional fee of $45.00.

Can we order ‘On The Day’ goods to match our invitations?

Yes, of course! We will happily design a range of ‘On The Day’ paper goods to match your wedding invitations. These includes menus, placecards, seating charts, favour tags, drinks lists, etc. Contact us to discuss your requirements and we will provide you with a detailed quote.

When should we order our reception stationery?

We recommend ordering your reception stationery approximately 3 months out from your wedding. The earlier the better!

What payment methods do you offer?

Our preferred payment method is via direct debit into our bank account, however, we also offer credit card payments via Stripe or Paypal (note, you don’t need to have a PayPal account for this).

Where is Love Saturdays based? Can I order if I live overseas?

We are based in Wellington, New Zealand. We happily work with couples based all over the world!

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Because we make everything to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

How much is shipping?

Within New Zealand: Orders are sent via overnight tracked courier for a flat fee of $20.00

International customers: Please email us for a postal quote. This will be automatically included in your stationery quote.
