How-to Guide

1. Let's Chat

Browse our collection of Wedding Invitations to find a design that you are interested in. Don't forget all of the other bits and pieces - we can design coordinating products to match any of our existing suites (i.e. day-of stationery, information inserts, belly bands, RSVP cards, etc) so if there is something that you'd like, please let us know as we would be happy to quote.

Once you've made a decision, either email us with your requirements or fill out this form to begin the process.

We can chat about your ideas and requirements over the phone, over email, or in person over a coffee if you are in the Wellington region - whatever best suits you!

2. Quote & Book

Once we have all of the information we need, we will email you a detailed quote within 1-2 business days.

Review and accept your quote. In order for us to confirm details of your order, we require a non-refundable deposit as well as acceptance of our Terms & Conditions. Note that your deposit will be deducted from your invoice. Once your deposit and acceptance of our Terms & Conditions have been received, we will then begin work on your design.

3. Design & Proofing

Now for the fun part! Supply your specific wording and any other details needed to customise your design.

Kindly allow us 3-5 business days to send you a PDF proof via email for you to review. Printed proofs are available at an additional cost. Let us know if any changes or amendments are required to your design - up to two rounds of changes are included for free, however note that additional changes are charged at $25.00 per round thereafter. Once you have confirmed you are happy with your design, we will provide you with an invoice. Full payment is required prior to us sending your order to print.

4. Printing & Delivery

Once you have confirmed approval for print, kindly allow between 2-6 weeks for us to print and package your order to get it ready for delivery. The turnaround time will depend on the complexity of your design and order (i.e. letterpress and foil printing take longer than standard digital printing). If you need your order urgently, don't hesitate to contact us to discuss as we may be able to accommodate a rush order. All orders are posted via tracked express courier and you will receive an email from us to let you know that your package is on its way along with the tracking number.

We have a range of premium quality envelopes and card to suit any wedding theme.

Don't see your preferred colour below? No worries! Contact us as we are likely able to source it for you.

Our envelopes are available in a range of sizes to suit our stationery, from invitations through to reply cards.

Wax Seals

Add an extra special, luxury touch to your envelopes by finishing them with a wax seal.

We can either hand stamp and wax seal your envelopes for you or otherwise provide the seals with self-adhesive backing so that you can assemble and seal them yourself.
